		<description><![CDATA[The second annual Middle East/Africa Regional Conference was held in Izmir, Turkey from June 26 – July 1, 2009.  The central theme was Conflict Resolution and Management.  Participants traveled from Egypt, Lebanon, Nigeria and South Africa to join their friends in Turkey.  A total of five PTPI chapters were represented.
