Reading Lolita in Tehran remained on the New York Times bestseller list for more than 100 weeks and has been translated into 32 languages. Published in 2003, this is Nafisi’s memoir, sharing stories about her life and those of the women in her book club intertwined with great works of literature and historical events in Iran.

For each book chosen by our President/CEO Mary Jean Eisenhower, we will have 3-4 staff members reading along and sharing thoughts here on PTPI’s blog.
